Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14(1), As Amended By The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991

Kent County Council has made an Order the effect of which is to temporarily close to motor vehicle traffic (excluding quadricycles and motorcycles)

• Byway ER185 from its junction with the Alkham Valley Road and Little Everden Road

• Byway ER25 between its junction with ER185 and Slip Lane

from the 07 January 2022.

The Byways will be closed for a maximum of six months.

The Byways are closed due to serious damage of the surface attributed to motor vehicles.

There is no alternative route
