DDC Garden Waste Subscriptions/Renewals 2024/25

You can now renew or sign up to our garden waste service for 2024/25. Please click here and follow the instructions to sign up.

The new subscription year starts on 1 April 2024 and will see the introduction of 240L wheeled-bins. One subscription will cost £62.65. All existing subscribers will be offered a free wheeled-bin for your first subscription, please ensure you sign up before 31st March 2024 to receive this offer. If you take additional subscriptions there will be a further charge of £62.65 for each subscription, plus a charge of £40 for each additional bin.

New subscribers can join the scheme by paying £62.65 for the subscription and £40.00 for the wheeled bin.

Please note: garden waste collections from bins will not commence before 1st April, and any bins presented before that will not be emptied. Any resubscriptions made after 29th February 2024, may result in a delay of up to 3-weeks before a bin is delivered. There is no refund for any collections missed pending delivery. Garden waste put out in sacks after 1 April 2024 will not be collected.

Please note if your payment has lapsed and you are reapplying, it takes 5 working days to process your application. The contractor will not return until the next scheduled collection.
